Your artwork stays yours. You keep the copyright. By saving you let us store, show and adapt it in the game (on trains, yards, profiles and thumbnails) and in screenshots promoting System Surface. We won't sell it, print it or put it on merch without a separate agreement.
Play rules. Only save work you made or have permission to use. Nothing illegal, sexual, hateful or bullying, and no one's personal details. Every painting is reviewed by a moderator. Use the report button to flag anything.
Your information. No real name or email needed. We keep your username, guest or account ID, a hashed password, artwork, Rep, votes, reports and progress, plus how you use the game (time on the platform, in yards and painting, return visits, and errors with your device and browser type). IP addresses are used for security. Cloudflare hosts the game and may process data outside the UK. We don't sell data or show ads. Stats are kept 90 days, backups 30 days.
Public. Artwork, aliases, Rep and crews are public. An alias doesn't guarantee anonymity.
System Surface is for players aged 13 and over. You can delete your account from your profile at any time; your paintings then stay in the game as “Unknown writer”. Read the full privacy policy and artwork terms.
